Elecfy operates an online e-commerce platform offering electronics, drone components, drone parts, batteries, 3D printers and related products. These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use the Elecfy website or purchase a product through it.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms that apply to your use and purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

means the name of this online store and its storefront brand.

means the Elecfy website and its associated online shopping features.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product names, images, specifications, availability and prices accurate and up to date. Product details are provided to help you make an informed selection; please review the information shown for the specific item before ordering.

Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly from the item supplied, including in colour, finish or packaging. Availability and displayed product information may change.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) where applicable. Any applicable taxes, including GST, will be included in or separately shown with the order total returned by the store. The shipping amount and final total are calculated by WooCommerce and shown in the checkout order summary before payment.

The website currently offers payment through Razorpay. Payment must be completed and verified for the order to be marked as paid. If payment fails or the payment window is closed, the order is not marked as paid; checkout may allow you to retry payment. Contact Elecfy if you are unsure of the order or payment status. Do not assume a failed or abandoned payment automatically cancels the WooCommerce order.

When you submit checkout, the website sends the products and address to WooCommerce, which creates an order awaiting payment. This order record is not a payment confirmation or dispatch confirmation. After Razorpay reports payment and the website verifies it against the WooCommerce order, the order is marked as processing and checkout displays a payment-confirmed order confirmation.

If a product is unavailable, a displayed price is incorrect or the order cannot be fulfilled, Elecfy may need to contact you about the order. The website does not provide a customer-facing order cancellation control. Contact Elecfy promptly to request cancellation; a request is not confirmed until Elecfy responds, and a request after processing or dispatch may not be possible. Warranty information, if any, is specific to the product and the terms stated in its listing or provided by its manufacturer. The Website does not promise a warranty period or universal warranty coverage across all products. Contact Elecfy if you need help identifying the applicable product warranty.

The account sign-in and registration forms are not connected to an account service. Submitting those forms does not create an account or send the entered details. Checkout currently places guest orders; do not rely on the account page to view or manage an order.

The Elecfy name and logo, branding, Website design, text, images, graphics and other original content on the Website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not imply that Elecfy owns those marks.

These Terms do not set out a complete allocation of legal responsibility. Any rights or responsibilities that apply to a purchase depend on the circumstances and applicable law. The business should obtain legal review before adding or relying on liability exclusions or limitations.
